Heather is our Commercial and Farm Insurance genius, and with 20 years of experience in the industry she never fails to go above and beyond for her clients. She has worked at Crossfield Agencies since 2010, with 5 of those years being with the previous owner. She loves working in our small town as the people are so friendly that Crossfield has become like a second home to her. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help people and create long-term relationships with the clients who come through our doors. She is an amazing leader for our team, and it’s safe to say that when we don’t know the answer to something, the first person we look to is Heather. When she isn’t at work, she spends her time taking her two boys to baseball and basketball with her husband and their Great Dane Willow.

Becky joined our team in 2016 and has been a personal lines broker with us since 2019, and is now part of our Commercial and Farm Team. Her favourite part of working at Crossfield Agencies is the people she meets and relationships she builds with her team and clients. Becky & her husband Kelly own their own home in Carstairs with their dog, Dumpy. On her days off, she is enjoying time with family/friends, camping & having some down time.

Jody is one of our licensed personal lines brokers and has been an essential part of our team since April of 2018. When she isn’t assisting clients with their home and auto insurance, she is busy overseeing the operations of our Registry office. Jody is an amazing teacher and is always willing to share her knowledge to help our newest team members learn the ropes. She has a home of her own in Crossfield and enjoys being able to both live and work in our friendly community. When Jody has the chance to enjoy some down time she loves to travel, go camping or spend time with her cat, Chewy.

Erin has been at our agency for a year, but she has been in the insurance industry for 2 years.. Guest relations is one of her most practiced skills and she is always looking for new ways to better her Client/Broker relationship. Erin’s background lies in restaurant management and operations which made for a smooth transition into insurance. There is nothing more important to Erin than family, so in her free time she enjoys hiking outdoors or relaxing with her Husband Dion and their dog, Roxxy.

Meet Sheri, our most recent broker added to Crossfield Agencies. She isn’t new to insurance though, she’s been a Level 1 Broker since 2015, with 3 years in Alberta and 4 years in Ontario. With a prior background in hotel & hospitality Sheri’s passion is customer service and connecting with clients. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, daughter’s Chloe and Ava and their gang of cats and dogs on their acreage, or just curled up with a good book.

Brittney has been a licensed insurance agent since 2007 and is currently our senior remote broker, but she can often be found visiting the office! With her prior experience as a videographer, hair stylist, event planner and holding a diploma in broadcasting, Brittney has a creative eye for problem solving. She is committed to doing the right thing for her clients through accuracy and care. She is happy to share her knowledge and experience. When Brittney is not at her desk, she enjoys barre/yoga classes, trying fresh foods and time spent in her mountain home with her family and dog, Elka.

Deanna has been in the insurance industry since 2011; she previously worked at Crossfield Agencies from 2017-2019 and has recently joined the team again as one of our remote brokers. Deanna’s favorite part of working at Crossfield Agencies is the importance that’s placed on building long lasting and trusted relationships with clients. When Deanna isn’t at work, she can be found exploring the great outdoors in northern BC with her husband and 2 dogs, Gracie and Maggie.

Mylia is one of the first smiling faces you see when you walk into our office. She has 19 years of customer service experience and is always willing to go above and beyond for our clients. Mylia juggles many hats from registry agent, insurance, customer service guru, to in house IT troubleshooting and office repairs.

Robin has been with us at Crossfield Agencies as one of our Registry Agents, and says she feels very fortunate to work with such a wonderful group of ladies. Robin loves to assist our Registry clients and goes above and beyond to help. One of her favorite parts of her job is meeting the clients that come into our office and being able to meet their needs. Robin’s joy comes from helping the kids with their knowledge or road tests and being able to see their happiness when they’ve passed the exam. She is also very encouraging and compassionate when it comes to comforting the kids who don’t pass their tests. When Robin has a day off, she loves to spend time with her kids, cooking, baking, or canning. But most importantly, she likes to focus on enjoying the little things life has to offer.

Gillian is our newest addition to Crossfield Insurance and Registry, and we are so excited to have her on our team. A fun fact about her, she is Heather’s sister! Her background is in retail customer service, with 19 years in management roles. When she isn’t at the office assisting clients with registry services, she is spending time with her husband and two girls Alice, and Grace. Gillian and her husband Nathan just celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023!

Megan started full time with Crossfield Agencies in September 2019 in a bookkeeping and administration role. Megan comes with nearly 20 years of administrative and 10 years of bookkeeping experience receiving her Business Admin Certificate from Bow Valley College. She is always happy to chat with customers and offer assistance where she can. Megan and her husband Jeff have lived in Crossfield since 2009; the appeal of raising kids in a small town is what drew them here. They have 2 active boys who are involved in hockey, baseball, and piano, which is what consumes most of their spare time. Megan grew up in Invermere, BC, and appreciates the opportunity to get back to the mountains whenever she can. She also enjoys running, and together with a great group of Crossfield ladies, has ventured on many weekend running getaways, such as the Sea Wheeze Half Marathon in Vancouver and the Wine Country Half Marathon in Kelowna.

Faith joined our team in July 2021 as the Executive Assistant to Camille Scott. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and loves building connections amongst her co-workers. She is excited to meet all our clients and begin forming lasting relationships of her own with them. Faith balances her time at the office with being a full-time student as well. When she’s able to catch a break from school, Faith loves to spend time with her family or go hiking in the mountains.
