We took our son to take his learners driving test to the Crossfield Registry Office after we had phoned and set up an... appointment for him to have a reader for his test. Megan was absolutely amazing with him and he passed! We are from Airdrie and had taken our son originally to the Airdrie Registry. We had tried to set up an appointment with the Airdrie Registry for a reader, only to be told that the reader does not get involved until the learners test has been failed 3-4 times. When we phoned the Crossfield Registry, there was no issue in the slightest getting an appointment with Megan to be his reader. We would recommend Crossfield Registry 100%!read more

I had a road test in this week. The officer at the front office is very nice. She helped me to check and change my... information, and cheered me that I can do it. 😄My examiner is so nice and polite. He doesn't make me feel pressure. I told him I'm quite not good in English language yet, so he tried to speak slow and clear for each part of the test. After finished the test, he suggested me so nice which parts I should improve to be a good driver.Crossfield Registry Office is clean and bright. Eye test tool is new and perfect. I can see it clearly. I recommend this registry office.read more

I’ve never had to deal with such HORRIBLE customer service. Specifically from Robin - she should NOT be in contact with... customer. Holy, while looking for the proper document she was taping her feet, being rude, condescending and extremely demeaning. They should definitely reconsider her position as the face of this establishment cause I would gladly drive to Airdrie and wait in line rather than have to deal with her bad mood again.read more

Amazing service. I didn't pass my first time however, that's a good thing. It shows they care about safety and don't... just pass anyone.. The second time I went I had the same examiner and this time I PASSED! I have endless amounts of good things to say about the examiner. I appreciate the advice she gave as well. The past week I've been driving with my babies in Calgary and remembering her advice.Not this particular registry related but I have to say I do wish the government made it a requirement to also test merging/highway speed lane changes on the class 5 gld test. Its crazy that its not a requirement.. Being honest I need to merge almost daily and have yet to parallel park or uphill/downhill park.read more

If I could give it less than 1 star I would !!!! Worst experience ever !! Lost $120 on a technicality. No remorse , No... forgiveness, No ability to help a family in distress..... You could have helped us. You could have moved the girl who was early up and we could have still been able to do the test after her but you refused to help. I am appalled THAT NOBODY WOULD HELP US. I booked it a few hours ago. 24 hour Cancelation I should get our $120 Back.read more

I went in for a drivers test the other day and the receptionist was so nice! She was so sweet and encouraging, it took... all my nerves away. My examiner (Carry or Carla I think was her name) was very calm and it didn’t even feel like she was testing me. If you’re crazy nervous for your test, go here. The environment is so much better than Airdrie or Calgary. Thanks so much for the great experience ladies!!read more

I have been to other registries but this registry is the best. The lady in the front is so nice and welcoming, she set... the tone for my road test, wished me luck and calmed me down. The examiner was thorough on giving her observations and wasn’t intimidating. I highly recommend this registry to drivers who are very anxious about their road test.read more

I did my driving test here. I can't guarantee you will pass because that's not how driving tests work; you have to... really put in the effort to be proficient and safe. However, I can guarantee to you that, as an anxious person, the people working there have made me felt a sense of calm and confidence no other registry has. They are very sympathetic to new drivers. They clearly understand the concept of "NEW" while other registries undermine it. I had an excellent experience here!!! Honestly the ladies there are so nice. I went there the other day for my road test and first thing I hear as I enter is... the sweetest and lively lady in the front (unfortunately didn't catch her name properly) greeting us. The environment just made me feel less stressed about my road test and more excited about it. The lady there was just really optimistic about me passing my road test. I really liked her energy she brought.Carla was my examiner. She was patient and at the end of my road test she pointed out areas I needed to work on. She was really honest, which I really like, and she didn't make me feel anxious during the test.Definitely would recommend this place!read more

I thought I'd stop in here as I was coming to Crossfield anyway and the Airdrie Registry had people lined up outside.... Boy was I ever glad I did! I was the only one waiting to get in the office and Robin was just amazing! I was in and out in about 5 minutes and I feel like I've known her all my life....such a wonderful, pleasant woman!
