    Heather is our Commercial and Farm Insurance genius, and with 20 years of experience in the industry she never fails to go above and beyond for her clients. She has worked at Crossfield Agencies for 16 years, 5 of those years being with the previous owner. She loves working in our small town as the people are so friendly that Crossfield has become like a second home to her. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help people and create long-term relationships with the clients who come through our doors. She is an amazing leader for our team, and it’s safe to say that when we don’t know the answer to something, the first person we look to is Heather. When she isn’t at work, she spends her time taking her two boys to baseball and basketball with her husband.

    Jessie joined our team in the summer of 2024, but has been an insurance broker for over 8 years.  She is a level 2 personal lines broker and is excited to help clients with home and auto quotes or policy changes. Jessie has experience since 2016 in both a personalized family brokerage and the bustling corporate office. Her favorite part of the job is being able to connect with new people and engaging with her team. 

    When she’s not at the office, she can be found in Calgary where she lives spending quality time with her husband Brian, daughter Gracie and their two dogs Bowser & Enzo.

    Jody is one of our licensed personal lines brokers and has been an essential part of our team since April of 2018. When she isn’t assisting clients with their home and auto insurance, she is busy overseeing the operations of our Registry office. Jody is an amazing teacher and is always willing to share her knowledge to help our newest team members learn the ropes. She has a home of her own in Crossfield and enjoys being able to both live and work in our friendly community. When Jody has the chance to enjoy some downtime she loves to travel, go camping, or spend time with her cat, Chewy.

With a background in restaurant management and operations, Erin developed a keen sense of communication and problem-solving that has made her transition into the insurance industry both smooth and successful.

    For Erin, family is everything. She treasures the time spent with her loved ones and values the memories they create together. In her free time, you’ll often find her hiking in the beautiful outdoors, relishing nature’s tranquility, or enjoying cozy evenings at home with her husband, Dion, and their beloved dog, Roxxy. These moments of connection and adventure fuel her passion for both her personal and professional life, reminding her of what truly matters.

    Brittney has been a licensed insurance agent since 2007 and is currently our senior remote broker, but she can often be found visiting the office! With her prior experience as a videographer, hair stylist, event planner and holding a diploma in broadcasting, Brittney has a creative eye for problem solving. She is committed to doing the right thing for her clients through accuracy and care. She is happy to share her knowledge and experience. When Brittney is not at her desk, she enjoys barre/yoga classes, trying fresh foods and time spent in her mountain home with her family and dog, Elka.

    Sheri has been a dedicated Broker since 2015, accumulating valuable experience across both Alberta and Ontario—three years in Alberta and four years in Ontario. Her diverse background in hotel and hospitality has instilled in her a strong passion for customer service, and she thrives on the opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level. Sheri believes that building meaningful relationships is the foundation of her work, and she strives to ensure every client feels valued and understood.

    When she’s not at the office, Sheri enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Rob, and their two daughters, Chloe and Ava. Together, they cherish life on their acreage, where they share their home with a lively gang of cats and dogs. Whether they’re exploring the outdoors, engaging in family activities, or simply relaxing at home, their time together is filled with joy and laughter. On quieter days, you can find Sheri curled up with a good book, losing herself in the pages of a captivating story. This balance of family, nature, and personal interests fuels her passion for her work and enriches her life.

    Deanna has been in the insurance industry since 2011; she previously worked at Crossfield Agencies from 2017-2019 and has recently joined the team again as one of our remote brokers. Deanna’s favorite part of working at Crossfield Agencies is the importance that’s placed on building long lasting and trusted relationships with clients. When Deanna isn’t at work, she can be found exploring the great outdoors in northern BC with her husband and 2 dogs, Gracie and Maggie.

Camille Scott, CAIB

President & CEO

  • Camille Scott purchased Crossfield Agencies Ltd. in 2011. Prior to this, Camille worked part-time for the previous owner, Hal Koop.

    Camille received her degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University in 2004. In 2006 she moved home and married Jonathan Scott. They have 2 children, a daughter Shelby, and a son Bow.

    Jonathan & Camille live on the home farm where Jonathan was raised. They own and operate a purebred Angus operation called Scott Stock Farm Ltd. where they market around 100 purebred bulls per year to ranchers.

    Over the past 10 years, Camille’s role has evolved to adapt to the growing business. With adding Registry operations in 2017 and a growing team, Camille’s focus has shifted to primarily management of the business

Megan Hubert

    Megan started full time with Crossfield Agencies in September 2019 in a bookkeeping and administration role. Megan comes with nearly 20 years of administrative and 10 years of bookkeeping experience and is always happy to chat with customers and offer assistance where she can. Megan and her husband Jeff have lived in Crossfield for 12 years; the appeal of raising kids in a small town is what drew them here. They have 2 active boys who are involved in hockey, baseball, and piano, which is what consumes most of their spare time. Megan grew up in Invermere, BC, and appreciates the opportunity to get back to the mountains whenever she can. She also enjoys running, and together with a great group of Crossfield ladies, has ventured on many weekend running getaways, such as the Sea Wheeze Half Marathon in Vancouver and the Wine Country Half Marathon in Kelowna.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, she’s passionate about helping others and making people feel welcome. Shannon is a devoted wife and busy mom to three amazing kiddos. When she's not out on the field at a baseball game or playing pickleball, you’ll likely find her camping with family or soaking up the sunshine. Her heart is rooted in connection, community, and making the most of everyday moments.
